1. Place order

1.1. What happens to my personal data?
Of course, your data is personal and not intended for others. We only use them for our administration and shipping. Our webshop registers you as a customer and will never provide your information to third parties. On the page: , you can read everything about what we do with your personal data.

1.2. How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order quickly, easily and, above all, safely. You can choose from the following payment options: iDeal, PayPal, Bancontact and Credit Card. We currently do not use the "pay afterwards" payment method.

1.3. What should I do if I have not received a confirmation email?
It's annoying that you don't receive an email from us in your mailbox. Have you by any chance checked your unwanted mailbox (spambox) to see if our emails are not there? If not, please contact us by emailing . We will be happy to help you with this!

1.4. I entered the delivery address incorrectly, what now?
That's not a problem (yet)! It is important to contact our customer service directly by emailing: . If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still change your address details before shipping.

Has your order already been shipped? Then unfortunately we can't do anything anymore. Tip from us: check with the neighbors of the incorrect number to see if they have received the order. If it has not been delivered there, there is a good chance that your order will be returned to us. As soon as we have received it, we will send it your way again (of course with the correct address details). We will inform you immediately when we have received the order back.

1.5. What should I do if I ordered the wrong product?
That can happen! You can then return the product and reorder it. If you need help with this, please contact our customer service by emailing . After the correct order has been placed, we can send the correct product your way.

1.6. What should I do if I have received a wrong product?
Of course, this is not intended to happen and we try to prevent it as much as possible. If this is the case, please contact our customer service by emailing . We will then ask you to return the product at our expense and we will then send you the correct product free of charge.


2. Shipping & Delivery

2.1. When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed in our system within 1-3. Our shipping partner DHL will then deliver your order within 1-3 working days.

2.2. Can I track my order?
We ship orders via DHL. Through this shipping service you can track your order with the specified track & trace.

2.3. Do I have to stay at home to receive my order?
You do not necessarily have to stay at home to receive your order. If the order does not fit in the letterbox and you are not at home at the time, the package will be delivered to a collection point.

2.4. What is the delivery time for my order?
In the Netherlands, an order is delivered within two to three working days after shipment.

NB! During the weekend, deliveries are only made on Saturdays. We also cannot determine the delivery time in advance.


3. Problem with the order

3.1. I received my order incorrectly or damaged, what now?
Of course that is not the intention! Please contact our customer service as soon as possible by emailing
. They are ready to help you and will solve the problem for you as soon as possible. Don't forget to include your order number and photos of the damaged/wrong product. Then we can assess it and find a suitable solution for you.

3.2. My order was not delivered complete. What should I do now?

 We understand that this is annoying and that is why we will send the missing item to you as soon as possible (if it is in stock).


4. Returns

4.1. What is your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days. Make sure that your order or item is packaged unused and undamaged.

NB! You will only receive a refund for the full amount of the product. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded due to the fact that the package has already been shipped.

The costs for returns are at your own expense. Unless it concerns a damaged or incorrectly shipped item. You can send the return shipment by letterbox post. You don't have to go to a post office for this. The risk of the return shipment in the event that it is lost lies with you.

4.2. Can I also exchange an item?
Have you ordered something, but would you rather receive something else? Then this can only be done via return. Returning a product/order must be done within 14 days.

4.3. Have you received my return correctly?
We expect to receive your return shipment in our warehouse within 5 working days. There may sometimes be some delays at PostNL or bpost. As soon as we have received your return, we will inform you via a confirmation email. We will then refund the full amount of the product within 5 working days. This is done via the same payment method.
